Volunteers choose the mission and country they want to serve in. We serve in Kenya, Peru, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. We organize missions in various towns and villages in these countries, wherever the most need is.
Before arriving in your mission destination, you should understand that resources are extremely limited in the institutions you will be working. Therefore, any supplies you can bring, appropriate to the particular mission are always very appreciated by the local people and staff. We provide some ideas of good supplies to bring, relevant to your particular mission in a Volunteer Orientation packet that we will send you once you sign up to join a mission team.

Our 14- day healthcare mission is dedicated to providing free medical care, medicines and health awareness to the underserved and vulnerable people in Kenya. Access to healthcare is often limited or unaffordable in these communities.
You will be involved in visiting underserved communities and institutions such as orphanages, schools and medical clinics to promote health and physical well-being.You will help carry out general health tests such as blood sugar levels and blood pressure, screen for many common diseases and illnesses including malaria, treat minor wounds, deworming and educate people about general health issues.
Malaria, typhoid, pneumonia, and tetanus are treatable diseases, yet many still die in Kenya as a result of not receiving proper medical care. Other major causes of morbidity and mortality include acute respiratory infection, malnutrition, diarrheal, HIV/AIDS, TB, gastrointestinal complaints, skin problems and vision problems. Government-run hospitals and medical clinics lack adequate medical equipment and tools, and are ill-equipped to handle the volume of people in need of care.
